Upon initial inspection, the task at hand seemed a bit daunting. The severe buildup on two sides of the house was a testament to a job that required patience and time. Therefore, we used a very low concentration of a biodegradable cleaner for the pressure washing and put in the time and effort to work the algae off. Apart from cleaning the house, we also catered to the client’s other need of repairing rotted wood around a window. First, all rotted wood was removed and the area was dried. Then, we treated the areas around the window and replaced the window ledge with composite wood that won’t rot, further extending the newly cleaned house’s lifespan. It was a job well done and the before-and-after photos caused quite the stir in the neighborhood.
